Currently, we don’t have COD available, we shall notify you as soon as we enable COD.
We accept all kinds of online payments. Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI and Internet banking, all modes of digital payments that are acceptable.
According to our policy, modifications and cancellations are possible only until the product ordered has not been dispatched for delivery. Once the product is out for shipment modification or cancellation is not possible.
Yes, currently we offer free shipping on all our products.
It is our endeavour to deliver the products safely to you. While packaging we ensure the product is packed with atmost care. However due dependency on third party delivery services there could be chances that the product may get damaged. You can claim the damage within 48 hours of deliver by speaking to our customer care department.
Customers can easily select different addresses for billing and shipping, at their convenience
For now, this facility is not available, shipment of the product will be delivered within 3-7 working days, depending upon the date of order placed and the location of delivery. For selected locations we offer specific date delivery if the order has been placed 20-25days prior to the delivery date
All our jewellery is BIS hallmarked (HUID) and recognised by the Assaying and Hallmarking Centres (A&H) centre.
All making and manufacturing charges differ as per the designing and workmanship charges of the jewellery
No, currently we only offer jewellery made of gold.
You can order it offline by calling our customer care, but this service is not possible for online orders for now.
Currently, we don’t offer buybacks.
Yes, we do repair the jewellery bought by us at our marketing locations. Repair though is chargeable.
